Detlef Felser - Management Board Chairman
Mr. Felser studied Computer Science at RWTH Aachen University. He has been working in the IT industry since 1978.
In 1987 he founded his first company in Belgium. This was followed by the founding or integration of other companies in Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.
Today, several of these companies are part of the UFD Group based in Switzerland.
As Chairman of the Management Board for Callista Group, he provides support to the management of Callista Group with his network and his experience as a businessman.
Jethro Oudenbroek – Managing Partner
Jethro Oudenbroek studied Electrical Engineering at Saxion University in Enschede and Automation at the Münster University of Applied Sciences. He has been working in the IT industry for 14 years.
From 1997 to 2000 he worked for ABB Energy Information System in the fields of network management systems and energy trading systems, and was responsible for database development. He gained international experience in California and Germany.
From 2001-2003 he was an area manager with CSC Switzerland, responsible for the data warehouse and business intelligence lines of business.
He then worked for SHS VIVEON Schweiz and was responsible for establishing their consulting business. In 2008 he took over the management of SHS VIVEON Schweiz.
As a managing partner, he has been responsible for the establishment of Callista Group AG in Switzerland since August 2010.
Dr. Markus Ehrenmann - Associate Partner
After his studies in Computer Science at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) in Germany, Dr. Ehrenmann worked as a research associate and received his doctorate in the field of Machine Learning.He then moved to Switzerland, and as a senior consultant for sumIT AG in Baden-Dättwil managed various client projects dealing with CRM and data warehousing. Among other things, he was responsible for the IT aspects of introducing new CRM tools, enterprise-wide analysis for BI governance or approaches to segmentation. Defining release processes, ETL development, and responsibility for the architecture of his clients’ new data warehouses rounded out his experience.
At SHS Viveon he then took over team management in the area of operational and analytical CRM. In addition, he was responsible among other things for crucial architectural tasks for an enterprise-wide data warehouse in the field of telecommunications.

Oliver Knechtenhofer - Principal
Mr. Knechtenhofer studied Business Management with a focus on Information Management in Berne and Maastricht. He has been a consultant in the field of CRM and business intelligence for nine years.He worked at CSC Switzerland as a consultant in the areas of operational CRM and data warehousing. In 2003 he joined the consulting firm VIVEON AG, which specialized in business intelligence and data warehousing.
He gained international project experience in projects in the telecommunications and financial industries, and worked as a requirements engineer and business intelligence architect. As a project manager he was responsible for advanced BI and DWH projects.
He later worked as a team leader at SHS VIVEON Schweiz, heading up the Business Intelligence department and expanding consulting business there.
Here at Callista Group, Oliver Knechtenhofer is responsible for balanced scorecard, performance management and business intelligence issues.
Richard Smit - Associate Partner
Richard Smit studied Applied Physics at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede (NL). He has had a long career in IT consulting in the financial services sector.Prior to joining Callista Group he was a manager and a senior consultant with companies such as Accenture, SHS VIVEON and Atos Origin. His career began as a programmer 13 years ago in Italy.
Thanks to his many years of experience in banking, telecommunications and industry environments, Richard Smit possesses very broad knowledge and substantial expertise in technology and business analysis. Years of experience involved in projects both as a team member and as project leader together with his methodological and organisational abilities round out his profile.
Currently, he is working to extend his expertise in the areas of asset valuation, financial accounting and financial analysis as well as in portfolio management.
